At the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors CID Deal of the Year awards dinner, Nesson was presented with the 2012 Industrial Sale of the Year award.
Nesson was the sole broker for Phoenix Research Park, a five-building complex totaling 104,000 s/f set on 14 acres at 408-410 Sackett Point Rd. The transaction closed in October at $3.8 million.
