Nesson of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services arranges 450 s/f lease

According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Joel Nesson, senior commercial advisor, has completed a lease for 450 s/f of first floor office space at 2911 Dixwell Ave. to 3 Prime, LLC, a web design and search optimization company. Located near the central business district, The DeMatteo Building provides on-site parking and convenient access to I-91 and the Parkway. Nesson was the sole broker in the transaction. Press/Cuozzo Realtors is located at 2751 Dixwell Ave. and has been serving the greater New Haven area since 1990. Press/Cuozzo Realtors provides the services of a Commercial/Industrial Division, Residential Brokerage, Senior Real Estate Services, and Relocation Services.
