Nesson of Press/Cuozzo completes two leases totaling 5,400 s/f

Hamden, CT Joel Nesson, senior advisor at Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services has completed two lease transactions. Nesson leased 1,800 s/f of commercial space at 3030 Whitney Ave., in the Mt. Carmel section. The tenant, Hamden Spa Palace signed a long-term lease in this high traffic plaza. Nesson represented the owner, 3030 Whitney Avenue Associates, LLC and procured the tenant.
Nesson was also the sole broker on a 3,600 s/f lease at 27 Fulton St., New Haven. Nesson, the exclusive leasing agent for Lakota Properties, LLC, owner and procured the tenant, New Haven Smart Mobility, LLC.
