Fischer Commercial Real Estate leases 2,105 s/f
Bridgeport, CT Simply Smiles Inc. has entered into a 5-year lease for Suite “C” at Commerce Drive Business Park, an 84,000 s/f multi-tenanted business park located on Commerce Dr. in the West End. Simply Smiles will use the 2,105 s/f office space as its new headquarters.
Alan Fischer, CCIM, SIOR, of Fischer Commercial Real Estate Inc. represented the landlord and Amy Lerner of Ambar Realty Group represented the tenant.
