Nesson of Press/Cuozzo leases 1,500 s/f to All-Star Driver, LLC
According to Stephen Press, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, senior associate, Joel Nesson, has completed a lease for 1,500 s/f at 950 Yale Ave., to All-Star Driver, LLC.
Nesson represents the 66,000 s/f retail/office center and the building ownership 950 Yale Avenue, LLC.
The tenant was represented by Garett Palmer of Goodfellow Ashmore.
Springfield, MA Michael Bradley of Horvath & Tremblay has arranged the sale of the Belmont Portfolio, a six property, 78 unit multi-family portfolio. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9.5 million.
