Linear Retail Properties leases 3,473 s/f to Emerald Physicians: also expands East Harwich Market by 1,350 s/f

According to Linear Retail Properties, LLC, Emerald Physicians has opened, East Harwich Market is expanding and Upper Crust Pizza and Szechuan Delight will undergo store renovations at Harwich East Plaza, 1421 Orleans Rd. at Rtes. 137 and 39. Other changes at the center include a façade renovation, new signage, additional sidewalks, landscape upgrades and a renovation to the office lobby and bathrooms. Emerald Physicians is a primary care medicine practice based out of Cape Cod and will occupy the center's corner location. Services at the 3,473 s/f practice will include internal medicine, lab, neurology, women's health, preventative medicine and more. Brad Kuhrtz of Commercial Realty Advisors brokered the deal representing Linear Retail and secured Emerald Physicians. East Harwich Market will be expanding by 1,350 s/f making their new store a total of 3,350 s/f. The market will be doing a complete remodel of their entire space with upgrades including new lighting and wood floors. They will also be expanding their specialty coffee and breakfast station. Gail McNeice, VP of leasing and asset management with Linear Retail said, "As the owners of Harwich East Plaza, we believed the timing was right to complete a renovation of the property. We hope that our efforts will make our new and existing tenants more successful while creating a more inviting environment for shoppers. There will be a new façade and improved lighting, widening of the entrances for each business owner, upgrades to our landscaping and renovation of the office spaces including new paint, renovated bathrooms and new carpet throughout the space."
