Cotter of Powers & Co. leases 3,496 s/f to Greater Boston Running Company
Leslie Cotter of Powers & Company has brokered the sixth Massachusetts location of the Greater Boston Running Company (GBRC) at Vinnin Square Plaza. Cotter brokered the GBRC's first Massachusetts location in Lexington in 2006. Since then they have opened stores in Hingham, Newburyport, Andover, and Newton.

GBRC officially opened for business on September 28 and will be hosting a grand opening party the weekend of November 7-11. This celebration will feature prizes, fun, snacks, and giveaways from some of our favorite brands.

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
