Nesson of Press/Cuozzo sells 2,516 s/f commercial site for $310,000
According to Stephen Press, partner of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, senior commercial advisor Joel Nesson has sold 206 Meadow St. The free standing 2,516 s/f multi-tenanted commercial property located on .11 acre sold for $310,000.
Nesson as exclusive marketing agent represented the owner, Al Zack, and the buyer, attorney Elizabeth McMahon, was represented by Old Stone Realty. The corner property will be used as a new space for her law firm.
The current tenant, a vintage clothing business, is remaining in the balance of the building. The property is within walking distance of the Branford Green and town hall with access to I-95 and Rte. 1.
