Nesson of Press|Cuozzo sells 920 s/f for $92,000
North Haven, CT Joel Nesson, senior commercial advisor of Press|Cuozzo Real Estate closed the sale of 36 State St., Unit #7 for $92,000 on September 19.
Nesson represented Debra Franco on the sale of this 920 s/f office condominium. The buyer, Leonard Montanari was represented by Jeff Del Favero of Berkshire Hathaway.
