Valencia Realty Capital adds three and opens Florida office

Boston, MA Valencia Realty Capital has added a new office in Sarasota, FL. 

Valencia Realty Capital has experienced significant growth in 2018 on the East coast and this expansion aims to accelerate them even further. “We are always striving to serve our clients more efficiently and to provide new, unique financing options,” said managing director, Stephen Smeke. “Our presence in Fla. puts us closer to a number of key stakeholders and opportunities.” 

Valencia Realty Capital began operations nearly five years ago in Boston, and today has three principals. The current CRE market has propelled Valencia Realty Capital to add three more members to their team this summer, who each serve in an analyst and/or administrative role.
