Net Lease Capital unveils its new web site

Net Lease Capital has unveiled its new web site, www.netleasecapital.com. The site identifies the two primary business units at the firm: The Acquisitions Group buys triple netlease and GSA properties. The Advisory Group offers sophisticated tax strategies for property sellers and restructuring partnerships. The website photography pays tribute to Bradford Washburn, legendary climber, photographer, cartographer and inspirational leader of Boston's Museum of Science. Before attending Harvard, Washburn wrote a book about climbing in the Alps. In his late 80's, he undertook the never-before-achieved mapping of Mount Everest. He was a pioneer at every stage of his life, and mastered diverse, though related, fields of study. "Washburn took on and accomplished a number of complex, high-level challenges. He pursued excellence for its own sake. These are qualities we value at Net LeaseCapital," said Net Lease Capital president, Bruce MacDonald. MacDonald was the 10,000th climber to ascend Alaska's Mt. McKinley, taking the same route that Washburn had trekked, years prior. The two later met and had a chance to talk about their climbing experiences and their lives. Based in Nashua, Net Lease Capital has closed over $9 billion in triple net lease transactions. Whether you seek a net lease investment, or face a capital gains tax problem, or simply marvel at the majesty of the world's great mountains, tour this small gallery to see some of Bradford Washburn's timeless images.
