Northborough, MA Scott Hughes, president and Ted Reimann, vice president of New Dover Associates, Inc. of Framingham, and Kevin Brawley, assistant vice president and Caleb Hudak, vice president of Colliers International

of Boston, co-brokered the sale of 2 Beeman Rd. for the purchase price $2.65 million.

New Dover represented the seller, Latrobe Specialty Metals Distribution, Inc., and Colliers represented the buyer, Carmi Holdings-MA, LLC.

2 Beeman Rd. is a single story industrial building totaling 43,200 s/f on 9.6 acres.
