Perry Brokerage Assoc. hires Carroll as director of intelligence

Boston, MA Perry Brokerage Associates (PBA or Perry) has hired 20-year research veteran Brendan Carroll as its director of intelligence. With Carroll, PBA offers its associates and clients a full array of research reports and services.

“We are delighted to be able to offer our clients what we believe is this market’s leading research information platform,” said Richard Beal, president at PBA, “Brendan reflects our firm’s strategy to continue our overall growth within the commercial real estate brokerage industry”

Carroll has served in research roles for numerous commercial real estate firms, most notably with Transwestern RBJ. In March 2016, Carroll founded Encompass Real Estate Strategy, which published 51 research materials during a ten-month span under the group’s “Spectrum” family of reports. Carroll has been recognized by Commercial Property News as one of the “40 people to watch” in commercial real estate nationally. He is a visible figure in media for his topical research reports on numerous subjects including biotechnology, urbanization, and “smart growth” development.

“The vision and entrepreneurial character of Perry is a natural fit for me,” said Carroll.

Beal said, “Brendan’s state-of-the-art, data-driven information will benefit PBA’s clients throughout the region, and empower them to develop and execute winning real estate strategies.”

Since 2011, PBA has provided their clients a full real estate services platform including leasing, sales and acquisition services, market research and property consulting.

PBA represents owners and tenants in the Boston, Cambridge and the suburban Markets.
