Northborough, MA Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc., exclusively represented the seller, One Lyman Street LLC, and procured the buyer, Forza, LLC, in the sale of 4.17 acres of industrial zoned land located at 1 Lyman St., 29 Lyman St. and 0 Bartlett St. The purchase price for the 4.17 acres was $1.35 million.
