Providence, RI Compass has completed the closing of two premier properties on Freeman Pkwy.: 82 Freeman Pkwy. and 140 Freeman Pkwy. According to data from the RI Statewide MLS, the properties sold for $1.7 million and $3.095 million, respectively. Kira Greene, a founding agent of Compass Providence, played a pivotal role in both transactions, representing the sellers of 82 Freeman Pkwy. and the buyers of 140 Freeman Pkwy. Michael Sweeney of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty represented the sellers of 140 Freeman Pkwy. and the buyers of 82 Freeman Pkwy.
