New England Appraisers Expo to be held at Sheraton Framingham
The 2007 New England Appraisers Expo will be held on November 5th at the Sheraton Framingham on 1657 Worcester Rd. The event will be sponsored by MBREA and the Mass. chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
Commercial and residential programs will be available at the event, which will be submitted to Conn., Mass., Maine, N.H., R.I. and Vt. for six hours of continuing education credit. Programs will include the following:

How many of you remember real estate development in the late 1980s? Project sourcing was difficult, until it wasn’t. Into the 90’s, a few years after, banks and other financial institutions were very happy to fund projects.
