NELTA held its 40th Annual Convention at the Wequassett Inn Resort & Golf Club in Chatham, Cape Cod, Mass. from June 18th - 21st. Mark Winter, the president-elect of the American Land Title Association in Washington, D.C. was the keynote speaker giving members the national viewpoint on the title industry, advising on current trends and changes, and a report on ALTA activities on behalf of the industry.
