Wet Seal to open 3,800 s/f store to Dartmouth Mall in summer

Wet Seal, an established, national retailer with apparel for teenage girls seeking fashion-forward clothing, will expand the stylish options for shoppers at Dartmouth Mall this summer. The store is joining the mall's selection of stores geared toward tweens and teens including Aeropostale, American Eagle Outfitters, Hollister & Co., Justice and Pac Sun. Wet Seal will provide its customers with a balance of affordable, fashionable and contemporary apparel and accessories. The new 3,800 s/f store will be located across from Bath & Body Works. "With the addition of Wet Seal to Dartmouth Mall, we are pleased to be able to offer the community more choices for fashion apparel as the summer shopping season begins," said Beth Zager, mall marketing director. Dartmouth Mall is owned and managed by Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT). PREIT, founded in 1960 and one of the first equity REITs in the U.S., has a primary investment focus on retail shopping malls and community centers.
