The New England SIOR Chapter had over 20 attendees at its Evening on the Water held Thursday, June 25th at 5:30 p.m. The social and networking event was held at the Atlantic Beer Garden on Seaport Blvd. next to Anthony's Pier 4. The restaurant is situated on Boston Harbor with a glass view of the harbor itself and an outdoor patio sitting area. It is a popular meeting place for young business people working in the financial district of Boston and living in the South Boston and Convention Center area.
Greg Klemmer welcomed everyone in the SIOR reserved area of the establishment. Appetizers and beverages were furnished by the SIOR Chapter. A number of perspective young brokers attended as well to share the virtues of becoming an SIOR. The event was also a networking opportunity for SIOR members and prospective members to discuss the state of the economy and discuss market conditions. Other SIOR members that attended included Jim Boudrot, Mark Stevens, Rob Nahigian and John Connor.
