New England SIOR's handle 515,651 s/f in assignments during the summer

The New England SIOR Chapter members during the end of the summer completed a number of major advisory and transactional assignments. Corporate America and regional tenants indicated the SIORs are the premium brokers in the commercial/industrial New England real estate markets whom they entrust for expert knowledge and skills. The tail-end of the summer season experienced approximately 515,651 s/f of commercial real estate valued at approximately $25,350,900. Congratulations to all the New England SIOR members. Chris Tosti, SIOR of CBRE leased 14,252 s/f to Malvern Instruments, a UK based company, at 117 Flanders Rd., Westboro for its U.S. headquarters. *?Jim Boudrot, SIOR of NAI Hunneman leased 28,000 s/f of office space to HP Hood LLC in Lynnfield for Atlantic Tambone. *?Peter Benke, SIOR of NAI Hunneman brokered the sale of two buildings totaling 126,801 s/f for $12.1 million at Nine Centennial Dr., Peabody. The buildings consist of office and warehouse. The seller was JMS Realty Trust and the buyer is B&H Group Ltd. *?Gerry Surprenant, SIOR of MG Commercial leased 3,000 s/f to Home and Hospice Care of R.I. in the Summit Medical Building, 100 Highland Ave., Providence, R.I. *?Neil Amper, SIOR of Rodman RE negotiated the sale of a 32,500 s/f industrial building and the lease of a 4,000 s/f building in Swansea. Amper with Tom Sweeney, SIOR completed the sale of 32,500 s/f industrial building at 6 Colletti Lane for $780,000 on 20.4 acres to Kickaumit Corp. In Providence, Amper leased 4,000 s/f at 860 Eddy St. to Motivated Temps. *?Jim Elcock, SIOR of Meredith & Grew represented OMNI Life Science Inc. in the lease of 4,170 s/f at 175 Paramount Dr., Raynham Woods Commerce Center. *?Mark Stevens, SIOR of The Stevens Group represented Teva Pharmaceuticals in the recent sale of its 257,000 s/f building at 25 John Rd., Canton to Armstrong Pharmaceutical. The purchase price was $5.85 million. *?Rob Nahigian, SIOR of Auburndale Realty Co. completed a 13,628 s/f office lease for HMS at the HP Hood complex in Charlestown.
