The New England SIOR Chapter members during the end of the summer completed a number of major advisory and transactional assignments. Corporate America and regional tenants indicated the SIORs are the premium brokers in the commercial/industrial New England real estate markets whom they entrust for expert knowledge and skills. *?Peter Benke, SIOR of NAI Hunneman brokered the sale of two buildings totaling 126,801 s/f for $12.1 million at Nine Centennial Dr., Peabody. The buildings consist of office and warehouse. The seller was JMS Realty Trust and the buyer is B&H Group Ltd.

In Providence, Amper leased 4,000 s/f at 860 Eddy St. to Motivated Temps.
