The New England SIOR Chapter members during the fall of 2008 completed a number of major advisory and transactional assignments. * Tony McDonald, SIOR and Drew Sigfridson, SIOR of CBRE/Boulos leased 24,873 s/f of office space to Patriot Insurance Co. at One Cole Haan Dr., Yarmouth, Me.
* Bob Cleary, SIOR of UGL Equis negotiated a 53,983 s/f lease for Agfa's suburban Boston facility in Wilmington. The location houses Agfa's division of Agfa Graphics.
* Jim Elcock, SIOR of Meredith & Grew represented the landlord in its lease of 6,979 s/f of headquarters space to Resolve Technology at 300 First Ave., Needham. Elcock also leased 18,506 s/f to Atlas Ventures at 890 Winter St., Waltham. He also represented a landlord, FP Giglio Enterprises, in its lease of 5,138 s/f of office space to Koko Fitness, Inc. at 20 Burlington Mall Rd., Burlington. Elcock completed a lease transaction representing TechTarget for 113,000 s/f of office space at Upland Woods Corp. Center, Norwood.
* Neil Amper, SIOR of Rodman RE sold a 5,300 s/f building at 175 Dupont Dr., Providence, R.I. to MCM Technologies for $1.85 million.
* Garry Holmes, SIOR of RW Holmes represented Northland Investment on the sale of 33 Locke Dr., Marlboro to Janelon Trust. The price for the 60,477 s/f office and lab building was $7.15 million.
* Ernie Wronka, SIOR of Wronka Limited represented Piezo in its lease of 6,000 s/f of office space at 65 Tower Office Park, Woburn.
* Dave Connolly, SIOR of CBRE represented the landlord, Liberty Simon St. LLC, in its 67,000 s/f office/hi tech lease at 44 Simon St., Nashua, N.H. to Axsys.
* Greg Klemmer, SIOR of Klemmer Associates brokered a lease of 91,550 s/f of manufacturing space at 20 Computer Dr., Haverhill to Southwick Clothing.
* Frank O'Connor, SIOR of NAI Dunham Group sold a 32,000 s/f building to Atlantic National Holdings at 25 Preble St, Portland, Me.
* Gerry Surprenant, SIOR of MG Commercial has leased 3,060 s/f of office space to Johnson & Johnson Sales and Logistic Co. at 1300 Highland Corporate Park, Cumberland, R.I.
* John Hennessey, SIOR of GVA Williams represented Nokia, Inc. in its recent 19,437 s/f office lease at 31 St. James Ave., Boston.
* Katherine Kane, SIOR of 10Rep LLC sold 7.8 acres of land to Bharat Patel from Tyco Integrated Cable Systems, Inc. for a La Quinta Motel. Kane also leased 2,464 s/f of office space to Portsmouth Dental Studios at 231 Corporate Dr., Portsmouth, N.H.

Andover; and 26,573 s/f of office space with Silverlink Communications at 67 S. Bedford St., Burlington.
