Newman and Zaccagnino of Malkin Properties broker 7,600 s/f lease renewal; For Bright Horizons at First Stamford Place

Bright Horizons Children's Centers, Inc., one of the world's leading providers of employer-sponsored child care, has signed its second renewal at Malkin Properties' First Stamford Place, according to Jeffrey Newman, executive vice president of Malkin Properties, the marketing and management agent for the three-building, 810,000 s/f office complex. The tenant, which operates a 7,600 s/f child care center on the first floor of 300 First Stamford Place, has extended its lease through 2019. "Bright Horizons has been proud to provide high quality child care at First Stamford Place for many years," said Stephen Dreier, the company's chief administrative officer. "We have been pleased with Malkin Properties' management over those years and look forward to continuing to serve working families here for many years to come." Newman and senior leasing associate Kimberly Zaccagnino represented the landlord in this transaction. The tenant represented itself.
