Jack Braverman of the Braverman Group was the sole broker in the five-year lease to 3D Digital at 75 Glen Rd.
The Braverman Group has recently completed over 25,000 s/f of leases at the 100,000 s/f office complex, including deals to E4 Sciences, Eastern Account Systems and 55 Degrees.
Braverman said, "Since the majority of our tenants at the Falling Water Rocky Glen Mill River complex are in the digital, information technology and cloud computer technology business, it may be that Newtown is fast becoming Fairfield County's own little Silicon Valley."
The city, he said, has one of the highest numbers of residents with advanced science and technology degrees per capital in the entire state. It may be showing up, in part, in the kind of high tech innovative companies that are starting up here.
