Newmark facilitates 84,911 s/f in leases at The
Gutierrez Co.’s Westford Technolgy Park

Westford, MA Newmark has secured 84,911 s/f of office leases at Westford Technology Park, a class A office and R&D campus in the Rte. 495 submarket. The transactions included 54,000 s/f of renewals across tenants Nvidia, American Fujikura Limited and Sentry at 2 Westford Technology Park, as well as 31,000 s/f of new leases to Future Electronics and Crown Castle at 1 and 5 Westford Technology Park. The leasing momentum reflects the diversity and resilience of the submarket over the last 12 months.
