Gilkie of R.W. Holmes handles new
6,200 s/f lease at 2 Centennial Dr.

Peabody, MA R.W. Holmes, one of the largest commercial brokerage firms serving tenants and landlords in Massachusetts for more than 45 years, has completed a new 6,200 s/f office lease at 2 Centennial Dr.

R.W. Holmes senior vice president David Gilkie represented the tenant, Buttonloop Children’s Therapies, which seeks to eliminate any barriers that limit a child’s ability to connect, be it a physical or a communication challenge, regulation issue, or a lack of social confidence.

Torin Taylor of Newmark represented the landlord, 2 Centennial LLC.

“We really enjoyed working with Buttonloop and have great respect for the work they do in the area of children’s therapy,” said Gilkie.

Built in 1987, 2 Centennial Dr. is a two-story, 72,000 s/f office and R&D building.
