Bodi has many years' experience both on the brokerage side of the business and as a successful property management team player. Bodi is well known on the local and national CIBOR stage introducing new venues, including the introduction of the multi-state CPE system still in place between NH, Mass, Maine and Vermont, and had much involvement on the training arm of same, as well as co-founder of the successful Seacoast Marketing sessions. She has served as past-president, board member, and as member or chairperson of numerous committees as well as many task forces/strategic planning sessions always for the betterment of the organization. Bodi currently provides orientation to new members. If you join NHCIBOR, you will meet her!

Is there anyone who knows more than Jean about "what's going on in real estate in N.H.?" Jean is a multi-year recipient of this award. Jean has been involved in many committees of NHCIBOR including the finance, affiliates (chair), education and sponsorship committees. He is also treasurer for NHCIBOR.
Jean is the person that always volunteers his time and skills to CIBOR for the betterment of the organization. He is a friend to all and has been instrumental in bringing in new members to CIBOR. He continually attends every function endorsing all of the benefits that CIBOR has to offer. Jean has a high profile style of welcoming newcomers and old acquaintances, but is perhaps the most modest in terms of attracting any glory for himself.
His civic involvement includes Bedford town council (vice chair), Bedford zoning board of adjustment, Bedford water & sewer commission, Bedford energy commission, Plan N.H. (president), Bedford Bluffs (board of directors) and Granite State Baseball dinner committee.
