August was a quiet month for our Realtor Board, as many of our members spend time with family and friends at one of the many lakes or beaches for which New Hampshire is so well known.
In September, we are in full swing.
Nancy McKellar, the national director of Catalyst Services and the executive officer of the Michigan Commercial Board of Realtors, will be touring Massachusetts, Maine, and New Hampshire for hands on training of agents and admins. September 17 - noon. Our free web seminars start again on the many applications of New England Property Exchange, as we highlight many of the useful tools that have been newly added.
September 20 - 8:30 a.m. The NHCIBOR seacoast marketing roundtable meets at 2 International at Pease in Portsmouth. About 50 people attend and breakfast is catered by sponsors. This is a terrific way to see new listings and write business!
September 25: Statewide meeting in Bedford, N.H. - and the same procedures as the Seacoast - but a new group of agents and affiliates. Breakfast is served!
September 27: The NHCIBOR third quarterly meeting featuring guest speakers, and typically 2-3 continuing education credits. Patty Stone Colman of the New England Real Estate Journal will pass out prizes, if she attends the meeting.
September 30: New member orientation. New to NHCIBOR? Come and learn more.
