Nickerson of O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. brokers $650,000 sale
Billerica, MA Nate Nickerson, senior associate at O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. brokered the sale of 19 Sterling Road Unit 2, Billerica, MA. The industrial condo was 5,329 s/f and it closed on April 21st, for $650,000 or $122 per s/f.
In the transaction, Nickerson represented the buyer, Launchbay LLC, a manufacturing company from Chelmsford, and Aaron Racette of Stubblebine Company represented the sellers.
