Watertown, MA According to The Davis Cos., Firefly Health, a tech-enabled primary care and behavioral health provider, has leased 19,112 s/f of office space at 101 Walnut St. 

Executive vice president Steve James and assistant vice president Patrick Grady of Hunneman represented The Davis Cos. in the transaction. Firefly Health was represented by Steve Cook of Jones Lang Lasalle.  With the addition of Firefly Health, 101 Walnut St. is now fully leased; the 96,000 SF property also houses the corporate headquarters of VHB, an engineering, science, planning and design firm.
