The Davis Cos. signs Firefly Health to new 19,112 s/f office lease

Watertown, MA According to The Davis Cos., Firefly Health, a tech-enabled primary care and behavioral health provider, has leased 19,112 s/f of office space at 101 Walnut St. 

Executive vice president Steve James and assistant vice president Patrick Grady of Hunneman represented The Davis Cos. in the transaction. Firefly Health was represented by Steve Cook of Jones Lang Lasalle.  With the addition of Firefly Health, 101 Walnut St. is now fully leased; the 96,000 SF property also houses the corporate headquarters of VHB, an engineering, science, planning and design firm.

“Firefly Health is an innovative company that we are thrilled to welcome to 101 Walnut St. The leadership team is committed to redefining healthcare. This location is well suited for the needs of their stellar team,” said Patrick Kimble, associate asset manager at The Davis Cos.  

“We knew that Firefly Health was the ideal tenant for 101 Walnut St.as soon they walked through the front doors,” said Grady.  “The space proved to be the perfect solution for this rapidly growing, high-quality tenant that had a history along the Arsenal Street corridor.  We are very excited to have Firefly Health occupy the only remaining space at 101 Walnut St. and to join the tremendous roster of companies within The Davis Companies’ portfolio.”

The majority of patient care is delivered through the Firefly Health mobile application, where patients can chat with their care team and have face-to-face conversations over video.
