Nickerson of O’Brien Commercial Properties brokers a 6,200 s/f lease
Chelmsford, MA Nate Nickerson, vice president, of O’Brien Commercial Properties, brokered a 6,200 s/f lease at 7 Stuart Rd. Nickerson represented the landlord, Schoeffel Realty Trust, in the transaction. The space was leased to Static Clean International LLC.
Static Clean will be occupying 6,200 s/f of flex space. The company is expanding their footprint by opening a second location. Their operation is in the sterilization industry which has been growing since the pandemic. This growth has increased the company’s need for production space.
