Nohrden of Burgess Properties brokers two leases totaling 26,200 s/f

Burgess Properties Inc. has brokered 26,200 s/f in two separate deals at 970 Fellsway. In the first of the two transactions, Churchill Corporate Services relocated their Boston sales office from South Boston to Medford Commerce Center. The new tenant leased 11,200 s/f of industrial space and converted it to modern loft-style offices, showroom, and storage space. Churchill Corporate Services is a national provider of corporate housing services. Separately, Everett-based Collegiate House School Uniform Company leased 15,000 s/f of office, showroom, and warehouse space. For over 70 years, Collegiate House has been providing New England Schools with uniform and athletic needs, and their new location will provide them with long-term growth. The landlord, Fellsway Realty LLC, worked on both negotiations and build-out to ensure these relocations were successful. The Medford Commerce Center will offer their new tenants access to Rte. 93 and MBTA Bus service at their front door. Steve Nohrden of Burgess Properties was the sole broker in these transactions.
