Yuskowski of A.W. Perry negotiates 10,676 s/f lease with Road to Responsibility at South Shore Park

Road to Responsibility (RTR) recently signed a lease for 10,676 s/f at A.W. Perry's 85 Research Rd. in South Shore Park. June Yuskowski, vice president and property manager, negotiated the lease on behalf of A.W. Perry. RTR, one of the area's largest non-profit agencies, provides employment to over 400 adults with disabilities in 7 workshops throughout southeastern Massachusetts. Founded in 1988, RTR's mission is to provide the means, the opportunity and the support necessary to allow citizen's with disabilities to take their place as productive members of the community. "RTR has been a tenant of A.W. Perry since 1992 and we are pleased that we were able to accommodate their expansion needs in another Perry property," said Yuskowski. RTR's facility in South Shore Park is one of five South Shore locations hosting Day Habilitation-Open Roads programs, serving nearly 225 individuals. South Shore Park in Hingham offers office, medical, industrial and research and development space conveniently located off Rte. 3, at exit 15. It is located 15 miles from downtown Boston and six miles from Rte. 128.
