Nohrden of Burgess Properties Inc. and Cook of Cummings Properties arrange 6,786 s/f lease to Chatime
Burgess Properties Inc., has leased 6,786 s/f of office and distribution space at 236 West Cummings Park, with Cummings Properties. Steve Nohrden of Burgess Properties, Inc. represented the tenant, Taiwan-based tea franchisee, Chatime. Derek Cook represented the landlord, Cummings Properties.
The property will be used as a distribution facility for the East Coast. Chatime is approaching 1,000 retail stores in 80 cities, on four continents, with two are opening locally.
