Tocci Building Companies recognizes Leonard for 21 years of service

This summer, Tocci Building Companies recognized Kevin Leonard, quality assurance and warranty technician, for 21 years of service to the firm. In his current position, Leonard schedules and conducts warranty reviews, performs inspections and repairs, and supervises signage and safety work throughout the final stages of a construction project. Prior to joining Tocci, Leonard worked as a Bricklayer at G.N. Prunier & Sons, Inc. in Grafton. When Leonard began working at Tocci Building Companies in 1992, he was immediately drawn to the amount of attention and consideration that the firm gave to each of its employees. As a new laborer, Leonard quickly grew longstanding relationships with colleagues and mentors at Tocci. Additionally, the strong structural foundation of the firm provided an impressive level of organization that supported Leonard as he continued to build his career. Commenting on his experience with Tocci, Leonard said, "The dedication of each employee to Tocci is apparent wherever you look, and it is a level of loyalty I had not experienced in a work environment prior to arriving at Tocci." Leonard has remained committed to Tocci Building Companies for over 20 years and expanded his industry skills tremendously along the way. One of Leonard's greatest accomplishments in particular was his work on a residential project - The Village at Bear Hill in Waltham, MA - during which he and his team worked rigorously through a variety of on-site issues to create a new, beautiful living environment. As a result of his continued hard work and allegiance to Tocci, Leonard was awarded the "Un-Sung Hero Award" in December 2012 by the firm. "Kevin is one of the most consistent and dependable workers we have had the opportunity to work with," said Robert Tierney, general superintendent at Tocci. "He has invaluable industry experience and is our go-to man to supervise the final steps of each project's completion." Tocci Building Companies, a leading construction management firm, is internationally recognized as a leader in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD). Headquartered in Woburn, Tocci provides intelligent building solutions and construction throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic United States. Tocci is proud to be celebrating 90 years of successful business partnerships.
