Nohrden of Burgess Properties Inc. represents Crescent Avenue Co., Inc. in 23,000 s/f lease to Cinco De Mayo Mexican Foods

Burgess Properties Inc. has leased 23,000 s/f of industrial space at 224 Crescent Ave. Roy Avelleneda of Boston Metropolitan Real Estate procured the tenant, Lynn-based Cinco De Mayo Mexican Foods. The family-owned food production company, whose primary products are corn tortillas, has been growing in recent years. Their move to 224 Crescent Ave. will more than double their previous production space. Steve Nohrden of Burgess Properties represented the landlord, Crescent Avenue Co., Inc., in the lease negotiation.
