CBRE/New England completes four leases totaling 19,143 s/f at Burlington Center

On behalf of Multi-Employer Property Trust and Bentall Kennedy, CBRE/New England (CBRE/NE) completed four leases totaling 19,143 s/f at Burlington Centre. Four office deals were completed at the park including Exclusive Concepts for 7,727 s/f at 30 Corporate Dr., The New England Automated Clearing House (NEACH) for 4,605 s/f at 35 Corporate Dr., AlloCure for 3,475 s/f at 25 Corporate Dr. and Second Decimal for 3,336 s/f at 25 Corporate Dr. CBRE/NE's Kerry Olson Hawkins, first vice president, represented the landlord in all of the transactions. Exclusive Concepts was represented by Boston Realty Advisors' Adam Meixner. Michael McCarthy of NAI Hunneman Commercial Real Estate Services represented NEACH. AlloCure was represented by Richards Barry Joyce & Partners' Jonathan Varholak. Duggan Realty Advisors' Jim Duggan represented Second Decimal. "Burlington Centre is a best-in-class office park on the Rte. 128 corridor," said Hawkins. "The campus has a prime location with superb visibility and access, and excellent on-site and nearby amenities. We are excited to accommodate this diverse tenant roster at Burlington Centre." Burlington Centre is a 620,000 s/f, master-planned, class A office park situated on 78 acres off of Rte. 3A. The office park consists of four buildings, 10, 25, 30 and 35 Corporate Dr. Offering access to Rte. 128 and situated just 15 miles northwest of Boston, Burlington Centre boasts a landscaped suburban campus with views of the Boston skyline. Park amenities include two full-service cafeterias, outdoor patio seating, a fitness center, newly renovated shower and locker facilities and on-site management. Area amenities within proximity include the Burlington Marriott Hotel, Summerfield Suites, Lahey Clinic, Wayside Commons and the Burlington Mall. In 2009, the park was awarded the prestigious TOBY (The Office Building of the Year) honors for the Suburban Office Park of the Year by BOMA, the Building Owners and Managers Association.
