Westport, CT According to Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE), Connor Nolan has joined the team as a commercial real estate associate.  Nolan’s 5 years of professional experience in the commercial real estate industry includes tenant representation, sales and leasing transactions, and property management.  Nolan graduated from Western Connecticut State University where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration.  “We are thrilled to add Connor to our team,” said Penny Wickey, principal of SCRE.  “Connor’s enthusiasm and focus on strategic relationships will allow SCRE to provide an even higher level of service and resources to our growing client base.”

Currently, SCRE exclusively represents over 40 retail and office properties in Connecticut, including several mixed-use and new construction projects, and over 20 national/regional/local retail and office tenants including Barry’s Bootcamp, Vein Clinics of America, rue21, Pure Barre and Zinburger.  In the last 12 months, SCRE closed over two dozen transactions as landlord and/or tenant representative including a 48,000 s/f lease to Dick’s Sporting Goods on behalf of Kimco at the Home Depot Plaza North Haven, 15,000 s/f lease to the law firm of Zeldes Needle and Cooper at 1000 Lafayette Blvd., Bridgeport on behalf of the LL/Hampshire Companies, and a ground lease of 2 acres to Cumberland Farms in New Milford (SCRE represented the landlord and the tenant).  Exclusively representing the tenant, SCRE closed the following transactions: Charles Schwab in West Hartford (8,600 s/f), Pediatric Healthcare new construction in Fairfield (8,800 s/f), three transactions for Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa and three for Jersey Mike’s.
