• Yale University leased the entire 8th floor at One Church St. for 5 years. The 11,065 s/f space will be occupied by Dr. Christopher Van Dyke for his Alzheimer’s research. Susan Cascio of Yale University Properties negotiated the lease for Yale. The Proto Group represented the landlord, One Church Street Associates, L.P.
• Nutmeg State Nutrition LLC has leased 3,962 s/f of retail/warehouse space for an outlet store and location to fulfill its Internet customers. The landlord is Dom DeMartino of DeMartino Colony Realty, LLC, and The Proto Group was the sole broker in the transaction.
• Sprint Store by Solutions Center LLC exercised its first five-year renewal for its 1,200 s/f store at 49 Federal Rd. in Brookfield. Bob Hussian of the landlord RG 49 Federal LLC negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord. The Proto Group LLC represented the tenant.
• Connecticut Skin Health, LLP of Norwalk has signed a long term lease for 3,300 s/f of medical space at Stony Creek Medical Center on Business Park Drive in Branford. The Proto Group LLC was the sole broker in the transaction.
• Beauty Systems Group LLC signed a ten year lease for 2,575 s/f at 1145 Tolland Tpke. in Manchester, in The Plaza at Burr Corners to operate its CosmoProf store. The landlord, The Plaza at Burr Corners LLC, was represented by Eric Litsky of Litsky Associates. The tenant was represented by The Proto Group.
