Burlington, MA Nordblom Company leased 42,500 s/f at Northwest Park. As one of the dynamic business environments in the greater Boston area, Northwest Park is unlike any other corporate address. Tenants and their employees have access to state-of-the-art facilities, healthy lifestyle options, and some of the best amenities north of Boston including the new 3rd Ave shopping, dining, and nightlife.

Enterprise, one of the word’s largest car rental service provider, moved their New England headquarters to 30,000 s/f at 10 Second Ave. in Northwest Park. The facility will house their corporate teams including training, human resources, and operations.

“We were looking for a location that could accommodate our consolidation of three divisions, as well as provide an environment that our employees would be excited to be in. Nordblom Company created a space that worked with our business model, while also creating collaborative work areas for our employees. Selecting Northwest Park was also attractive due to the many amenities at 3rd Ave within walking distance to our now corporate office,” said Brian Duffy, general manage/vice president of Enterprise Holdings.

Joining Northwest Park’s growing list of medical device tenants is Lutronic, a leading innovator of aesthetic and medical advanced laser and related technology. After an extensive East Coast search, the company has moved their US headquarters from California to 1 North Ave. in Northwest Park, taking over 5,000 s/f of office/R&D space. This location is home to their corporate offices, research/development, and product testing.

Aliaswire, a payment solutions provider, has moved their corporate headquarters from Watertown to 152 Middlesex Tpke. adjacent to 3rd Ave in Northwest Park. Taking 7,500 s/f of office space, the company was attracted to Northwest Park because of the new 3rd Ave amenities, including seven independent and high-end eateries, six unique home good stores, along with many other retail and service shops, and the soon to be constructed Archer Hotel. Adjacent to 3rd Ave is The Tremont, which is a 180 unit luxury apartment building giving employees the ability to “live, work, and play” within Northwest Park. The quality of the office space Northwest Park has to offer was another deciding factor for Aliaswire.

Home to leaders in the medical, healthcare, communications, science, and technology fields, Northwest Park is comprised of dynamic flexible spaces, innovative floor plans, and convenient access to major highways and public transportation. Boasting unmatched amenities, Northwest Park connects business with lifestyle.
