Middleton, MA Nordlund Associates, Inc. negotiated the sale of 339 North Main St., for $1.6 million. The buyer, 339 North Main Street, LLC, purchased the property from 339 North Main Street Trust. Located on Rte. 114, the property consists of a 20,000 s/f multi-tenant flex building.

Kevin Olson and Chris Everest of Nordlund represented the buyer. Anthony Triglione also of Nordlund represented the seller.
