O’Brien and Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties handle $4 million sale of 428 Main Street, Hudson, Mass.
428 Main Street - Hudson, MAHudson, MA Bret O’Brien and Benjamin Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties (GBCP) represented the seller in the sale of 428 Main St. The 81,268 s/f flex building on over five acres is located on Rte. 62/Main St. just east of Hudson center and sold for $4 million. This price was the result of the O’Brien and Gatti teams’ success at creating a competitive bidding environment with multiple offers above asking price.
