O’Brien and Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties handle $4 million sale of 428 Main Street, Hudson, Mass.

Hudson, MA Bret O’Brien and Benjamin Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties (GBCP) represented the seller in the sale of 428 Main St. The 81,268 s/f flex building on over five acres is located on Rte. 62/Main St. just east of Hudson center and sold for $4 million. This price was the result of the O’Brien and Gatti teams’ success at creating a competitive bidding environment with multiple offers above asking price. 

Greater Boston Commercial Properties was the sole broker of record in this transaction. The buyer has several interested tenants prospects and is also considering a potential repositioning of the asset to a different product type.
