Andover MA Nordlund Associates, Inc. and Swearigen Realty Group negotiated the 7,500 s/f lease to Compassus Hospice Care at Jefferson Office Park, a 92,787 s/f complex on Rte.114. Nordlund represented the landlord, KS Partners, and Swearigen Realty Group represented the tenant.

Jefferson Office Park consists of  first class office space. The property is in an ideal location for local businesses, the park offers tenants a range of suite sizes and configurations. Recent capital infusion has added amenities to the park, including updated lobbies, bathrooms, and a conference center available to tenants. Area retail is abundant - with a variety of destinations within 1.5 miles.
