Nordlund completes two leases at 8 Essex

Peabody, MA Nordlund Associates is pleased to announce two new leases at 8 Essex Center Dr.

Nordlund represented the landlord in both lease negotiations, pleased to accommodate  Able Home Care LLC and ABA Centers of America LLC to the property.  

8 Essex Center Dr. is a 68,253 s/f office building located off of Rte. 114 and less than a mile from exit  25 on Route 128. 8 Essex Center Dr. is close to numerous amenities, shopping, and dining options, including Lifetime Fitness, Caffé Nero, and Nordstrom, all located directly across Essex Center Dr. at  the North Shore Mall. 

In collaboration with new ownership, as well as management firm Bridgeton Properties, Nordlund is heading marketing and advisory services of 8 Essex Center Dr. with president Christopher Everest, senior advisor Kevin Olson and associate Brian Triglione.
