Sutton, MA The former Old Holbrook Place Campground sold for $1.5 million on July 21st. The buyers are Tammy and Timothy Mahoney. The seller was Christine Meuse, personal representative of the Estate of Linda Nelson.
The site was divided into five ANR lots and slated for future residential development. Two of the lots were deeded to Mason Construction Company.
