NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs broker $1.5 million sale of former campground
Sutton, MA The former Old Holbrook Place Campground sold for $1.5 million on July 21st. The buyers are Tammy and Timothy Mahoney. The seller was Christine Meuse, personal representative of the Estate of Linda Nelson.
The site was divided into five ANR lots and slated for future residential development. Two of the lots were deeded to Mason Construction Company.
Michael Jacobs, principal at NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs represented the seller in the transaction.
