Normandy R.E. completes multi-million renovations of 99 Summer St. in Boston

Normandy Real Estate Partners has completed a multi-million dollar renovation to the lobby of 99 Summer St., Normandy's Boston headquarters. 99 Summer St., a 20 story 272, 614 s/f first class office tower, underwent renovations to its 5 story atrium lobby, elevator cabs, and common areas on select floors. An open house was held and attracted more than 140 members of the Boston brokerage community. The lobby upgrades at 99 Summer include lighting enhancements punctuated with custom-designed six-foot fixtures, an architecturally designed circular wood and glass paneled security desk. The walls are decorated with black and white photography of Boston's historical architecture by local photographers Bruce Martin & Vivian Avery. "We wanted to give our tenants something upscale and modern that is consistent with the first-class nature of our building and the companies that occupy it," said Justin Krebs, a principal at Normandy. Renovations to the remaining floors will be completed in a phased program to match the improvements made on floors two and eight. Fusion Design Consultants of Boston was the interior designers for the project. CB Richard Ellis is the exclusive leasing agent for the property.
