North East Sports Consultants expands to 8,300 s/f at Cummings Properties' 92 Montvale Avenue

North East Sports Consultants (NESC), a sports-media content provider for Internet and television, recently expanded its Stoneham operations. The company moved within its current home at 92 Montvale Ave. into an 8,300 s/f suite on the second floor. Since February of 2011, NESC had been occupying a 4,000 s/f office at the class-A building, which is managed by Cummings Properties. NESC's recent growth is largely attributable to the addition of lacrosse to the list of sports for which it provides media content. This expansion in coverage and operations required NESC to hire more staff, nearly doubling its team. Utilizing its in-house construction team, Cummings Properties built out NESC's new facility within a 30-day window, constructing additional dedicated offices to match the existing window-lined spaces, creating an open pit area with low-profile cubicles, and modifying an existing executive meeting room with custom wood built-ins. Cummings Properties account manager Morgan Blum worked directly with NESC to complete this lease transaction. "Cummings Properties is thrilled to have been able to accommodate North East Sports Consultants' recent expansion," said Blum. "Providing virtually limitless opportunities for our clients to grow is a fundamental component of our business."
