North Easton Savings Bank offers first-time homebuyer workshops

Easton, MA North Easton Savings Bank recently held a series of First-Time Homebuyer Workshops, providing valuable information about the homebuying process to those in attendance. Additionally, the first-time homebuyer workshops offered by the Bank provide attendees with a closing cost credit.

Participants had the opportunity to hear from and speak with a realtor, attorney, and a member of the North Easton Savings Bank Loan Department about what to expect, step-by-step, during the homebuying experience.

“We understand that buying your first home can seem complicated and even a bit overwhelming,” stated Dan Horgan, first vice president, residential & consumer lending manager. “To ensure we’re available every step of the way, we provide customers with our cell numbers to text or contact directly.”

Due to the immense popularity of and public response to the recent seminars, the Bank is expanding further offerings to help as many local residents as possible successfully purchase a home. In addition to the seminars and step-by-step guidance, the Bank also has a vast array of programs, credit, and financial assistance available for those that qualify.
