Northeast Private Client Group facilitates $487,500 sale of a 4.70 acre parcel

Saugus, MA Northeast Private Client Group (NPCG) has announced the $487,500 sale of the Broadway Commercial Land, located on 67 Broadway.

Associate Patrick Wheeler along with vice president, investments Francis Saenz represented the seller, a local operator looking to offload an asset that did not match their portfolio and procured the buyer an owner of an adjacent parcel.

The Broadway Commercial Land is a 4.70-acre lot located along Route 1, locally known as Broadway. The parcel is located just south of Route 1 / I-95 intersection and is zoned for R-2, suitable for a wide range of uses, including retail, office, service, or hospitality. The commercial property has excellent frontage on one of the busiest retail and business corridors north of Boston.

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
