Northeast Private Client Group facilitates the sale of Willard Street Apartments in Lowell, MA for $12.85 million

Lowell, MA Northeast Private Client Group (NEPCG) has completed the sale of Willard Street Apartments.

Senior associates Francis Saenz, Drew Kirkland, Jim Casey, Brad Carlson, and associate Brett Curtis represented the seller and procured the buyer for the $12.85 million transaction.

The Willard Street Apartments are located at 134-140 & 148 Willard St. The property consists of three buildings on two lots and features 72 units. The apartments are situated in the Centreville neighborhood, which borders downtown and is 30 minutes north of downtown Boston.

The Centreville neighborhood, known for its residential character, provides residents access to the downtown business district. Additionally, the Willard Street Apartments are well-connected to nearby highways including I-93 and I-495, allowing access to Boston, Worcester, and New Hampshire.

“The Willard Street Apartments consists of three brick buildings comprised of three studios, 24 one-bedroom and 45 two-bedroom units. While in a time of uncertainty, we were able to source a buyer off-market and negotiate a deal between the two parties. The new owners will experience significant value-add through interior renovations, market rents & capital improvements throughout the property for years to come,” said Saenz.
