Pepe of Commercial Realty Advisors, Inc. handles $400,000 sale - sold by Sovereign Cape Cod Investors LLC

Wareham, MA Commercial Realty Advisors, Inc. has completed the sale of 261 Main St. The property, listed by Kevin Pepe, managing director of Commercial Realty Advisors, was sold for $400,000 to 261 Wareham LLC.

The seller, Sovereign Cape Cod Investors LLC, was represented by Federman Steifman LLP, a law firm with offices in New York City and Chicago. Representing the buyer was local law firm Rodrigues Law Group LLC. The negotiations commenced on March 15, and the sale was officially concluded on May 11.

The buyer, 261 Wareham LLC, secured the financing for the purchase through Signature Lending LLC. Their intention is to utilize the property for their own retail use, specifically as a pawn shop.
